About the Event
Camp 101 will teach your child(ren) the fundamentals of horsemanship.
Each day at our Knowledge Center, campers will learn all about horses, their health, habits, and physiology. At the Horse Management Center, campers will learn all about the “barn life” and what it takes to care for horses, and their stalls, on a daily basis. And at the Riding Center, students will learn the basics of horseback riding, participating in mounted and unmounted lessons.
Cost + Payment:
- 5-Day Summer Camp is $650 per child
- Payment can be done through PayPal on the website or with a personal check.
- We will hold your spot with a minimum Retainer Fee payment of $100
- The remainder of the cost is due by the first day of camp. You may pay in full as well.
- The camp form is also required to participate. You can find the PDF under the 'Forms' section of the website.
This camp is designed more for beginners or new riders. We ask if you have never ridden to please take this camp first and sign up for one riding lesson before camp starts.
