Whether you’re looking to learn how to correctly mount and dismount a horse or are looking for a more therapeutic experience, we will tailor our lessons to your needs and abilities.
Horseback riding can also help all people with cognitive, psychomotor and behavioral disabilities. Reno Rescue is a PATH International Center and we specialize in therapeutic riding.
Lesson are 45 minutes and the cost per lesson is $50.
Payments can be made through this website via the donation tab, or via check or cash.
Checks must be made payable to Reno Rescue, Inc.
New riders may borrow a Reno Rescue helmet for initial lessons, however, we encourage riders to purchase a helmet of their own for best fit and safety. All riders are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their lesson to tack up their horse. Please be sure to fill out a liability waiver before the student’s first lesson.
