Leadership Sleep-Away Camp June 27-28th

Our Leadership Sleep-Away Camp is a two-day, Saturday–Sunday experience designed for youth ages 12–18 who are ready to step into greater responsibility, teamwork, and confidence around horses. This immersive camp runs from Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon and is limited to approximately 15 campers to allow for hands-on learning, mentorship, and personalized leadership development.

Campers will participate in arena and trail riding, learn how to properly tack up, and build strong communication and leadership skills through side-walking instruction and assisting younger riders. Through Equine Adaptive Learning (EAL) activities, participants will develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to lead with clarity and empathy. Evenings include tent camping in the arena, campfire time, and structured team-building exercises designed to strengthen communication, collaboration, trust, and decision-making skills.
